Romania – Mattresses – Furnizarea saltelelor pentru căminele studențeși C12, C13, C15, C17, Drept, Camelia, C3L

The subject of the procurement is the supply of 2,300 new mattresses, intended for intensive and long-term use in student residences, in a collective accommodation regime. The mattresses will be made of polyurethane foam, equipped with a detachable cover and protection against bedbugs. The contract includes the transport and unloading of the new mattresses to the destination, as well as the collection, transport and disposal of the old mattresses replaced, in accordance with applicable legislation. According to the specifications, a representative sample (80x190x15cm – non-rolled and not vacuum compressed) is obligatorily requested by the deadline for the submission of tenders. Number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for the submission of tenders: 7 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. Deadline within which the contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information: within 5 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
