The present consultation concerns the subscription and management of insurance contracts guaranteeing Civil Liability (Lot No. 1 RC) of the company Le Thermopôle in the context of the exercise of all of its activities, as well as coverage for damage caused to the environment (Lot No. 2 RCAE). The contract is divided into two (2) separate lots, awarded according to a negotiated procedure with prior call for competition (Articles L. 2124-3 and R. 2124-3 of the Public Procurement Code).
