Contract for a full design mission, preceded by a DIAG mission, for the rehabilitation works of the Central Pavilion of the Fondation Deutsch de la Meurthe at the CIUP. The mission also includes fire safety. The mission elements are detailed in the CCTP. The required competencies for this consultation are: - Heritage Architect; - Technical design offices: o Timber structure and framing; o HVAC, thermal, STD, heat network; o Low-voltage and high-voltage electricity; o Acoustics; - Competence in terms of whole-life cost (consideration of operation and maintenance in the design and construction of the building at all stages of the studies); - Accessibility for persons with disabilities; - Environmental competence (low-impact site, waste management, energy performance of buildings); - Fire safety competence; - Construction economist.
