The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of scientific equipment for the Meteorology and Climatology Section of the Department of Geology of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. The items to be supplied are classified under the following Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 38000000-5 Laboratory Equipment. The present contract is divided into the following four (4) parts: 1. Storage server and disk cabinets, budget without VAT 106.282,07€, budget with VAT 131.789,77€ 2. Supercomputer cluster extension, budget without VAT 173.780,50€, budget with VAT 215.487,82€ 3. ARM type supercomputer cluster, budget without VAT 94.000,00€, budget with VAT 116.560,00€ 4. Two Generators, budget without VAT 69.700,00€, budget with VAT 86.428,00€. Tenders may be submitted for one (1) or more parts of the tender or for all parts, for the total of the items of the part. The total estimated value of the contract for all four (4) parts amounts to 443.762,57€ excluding VAT 24% (estimated value including VAT: 550.265,59€). The duration of the contract is eight (8) months, unless otherwise stated in the specific technical specifications of Annex I for each part separately. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender, based on the best quality-price ratio.
