Denmark – Stadium construction work – Kolding Stadion etape 3

JORTON A/S has been appointed as the delegated contracting entity for the project "Kolding Stadion – Stage 3" pursuant to notice 2026/S 44-150131. Stage 3 constitutes a significant part of the continued development and modernisation of Kolding Stadion and includes the establishment of new facilities at the north and south sides of the stadium. The stage, together with the already established west stand, will contribute to creating a more cohesive and functional stadium facility with improved facilities for players, users, spectators, sponsors and other visitors. Stage 3 broadly includes the following main works: -Establishment of the north stand with associated building and public facilities. -Establishment of the south stand with associated building and public facilities as well as an underlying parterre with changing facilities and associated functions. -Establishment of building connections that connect the north and south stands with the existing west stand. The building connections will, among other things, contain administrative facilities, fitness and lounge and stay facilities. -Establishment and relocation of outdoor areas, including access areas, surfacing, earthworks and other landscaping work. -Establishment of parking areas to the north and associated earthworks, surfacing and supply work. Kolding Tribune ApS is the contracting entity for the current project and has appointed JORTON A/S as the general contractor for the project, which acts as the delegated contracting authority on behalf of Kolding Tribune ApS. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2028. All specialist contractors are tendered at once: 1Piling, earth and sewer works, surfacing, pile foundations, gardener (PJKB) 2Precast concrete elements (including delivery and installation) (BE) 3Carpentry (TØ) 4Steel (including delivery and installation) (ST) 5Elevator (ET) 6EL & CTS (EL) 7Plumbing (VVS) 8Ventilation (VEN) 9Concrete structures (site-cast) The tender is carried out as a public EU tender pursuant to Decree No. 116 of 3 February 2025. The specialist contractors are tendered in a public tender pursuant to the Public Procurement Act §§ 56-57, where the contracting authority tenders each specialist contractor as a subcontract (subcontractor contract) based on AB 18 with deviations. The specialist contractors will enter into a subcontract with JORTON A/S. Bidders are referred to the attached draft subcontractor contract section 13 (Work clause) and section 14 (Persons under training), which apply to the current tender. One contractor will be selected for each specialist contractor. Bidders may freely choose to submit a bid on one or more specialist contractors. There is direct access to the tender material on the tender portal Comdia. Here, correction sheets, questions/answers and adjusted documents will also be available. The bidder is responsible for ensuring that the bidder's bid meets all the requirements and conditions in the tender material, and the bidder should be aware that any ambiguities in the information in the bidder's bid may be given negative weight in the assessment of the bidder's suitability or evaluation of the bid. Bidders are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the conditions at Kolding Stadion prior to submitting a bid.
