The subject of the public procurement includes two functionally related activities: 1) preparation of a project for amending the Detailed Urban Plan (PUP-PRZ) for the merger of PI 56784.530.1940 and PI 56784.530.1934 according to the Classification of Construction Works (KKR) of Plovdiv and the formation of a new Unified Planning Instrument (UPI) – for healthcare and education, district 2 according to the regulatory plan of district "Vastanishki-sever"; 2) preparation of an investment project in the technical phase for the facility "Children's Institution and Gymnasium – phased construction", with administrative address 1 "Dame Gruev" St, Plovdiv, "Yuzhen" district, according to all project parts in accordance with the Technical Specification; The new children's institution has a capacity of 8 full-day groups – 2 nursery and 6 groups for children from 3 to 7 years of age, with a kitchen and laundry block (First Stage), and the gymnasium is built as the Second Stage. The design also includes the demolition of existing buildings in PI 56784.530.1940, complete geometric and architectural surveying by ground-based laser scanning, engineering-geological survey and allocation of eight children's playgrounds and one common open sports playground. The category of the construction is fourth according to Art. 137, para. 1, item 4 of the Spatial Planning Act and Art. 8, para. 2, item "b" of Ordinance No. 1 of 30.07.2003.
