This is a composite framework agreement as follows: -a standard contract part corresponding to the performance of preventive maintenance services and corrective interventions handled at fixed prices; -a framework agreement with purchase orders part corresponding to the performance of replacement, troubleshooting and commissioning of new equipment handled at unit prices. The maximum amount per lot for the purchase order part is specified in Article 2.2 of the RC.
