Description

The present consultation concerns the provision of raw transcription (stenotyping) and meeting minutes for the Régie des Transports Métropolitains (RTM) (2 lots). The consultation is divided into 2 lots as follows:

Lot No. 1: Raw transcription of meetings

Lot No. 2: Drafting of meeting minutes

The services to be performed are described and carried out in accordance with the provisions of the CCP. These are framework agreements within the meaning of Articles L2125-1.1° and R2162-2 and following of the Code. Each framework agreement is multi-beneficiary, concluded with several economic operators (2 maximum per lot, subject to a sufficient number of applications and offers received) and executed:

- in part by the issuance of purchase orders, for the services described in the contractual documents (under the conditions set out in Articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Code);

- and in part by the conclusion of subsequent contracts for the needs for which all the contractual stipulations are not set out in the documents of the framework agreement (in accordance with Articles R2162-7, R2162-11 and R2162-12 of the Code).

Pursuant to Article R2162-4 of the Code, each contract is concluded without a minimum engagement amount and with a maximum engagement amount over their initial duration (2 years), namely:

Lot No. 1: 100 000 euros HT

Lot No. 2: 77 000 euros HT

For each renewal period, of two years each, the maximum engagement amount is identical to the maximum amount set out above. These are public service contracts which refer to the General Administrative Clauses applicable to public contracts for supplies and services (CCAG/FCS), approved by the order of 30 March 2021. This general document, presumed to be known by the companies, is not provided in the present file.
