Our facility Rohdenhof, Address: Sutelstraße 18 and Klein-Buchholzer-Kirchweg 9. The offices are in the same building and accessible via several entrances, hence the separate addresses. Premises: Kindergarten, After-School Care, Nursery, Children's Emergency Shelter, Children's Day Group, Girls' Residential Group, Administration, Domestic Services Area. Contract Duration: 01.01.2027 - 31.12.2030 plus two optional extensions of one year each until 31.12.2032 at the latest. The cleaning scope is an average of 1,274.41 m²/day at Rohdenhof and 1,014.05 m²/day at the Kindergarten and Nursery. Cleaning Days/Times: Monday - Friday in two shifts: Morning from 05:00 (Rohdenhof, possibly Nursery) and afternoon from 16:00 (Kindergarten/After-School Care). Special Features: Cleaning during daytime operation (except in Kindergarten) while in use. Daily interaction with residents (children and young people), friendliness and sensitive handling is a prerequisite. Cleaning by female cleaning staff in the Girls' Residential Group. Emergency Shelter dependent on demand, will be flexibly adjusted.
