The subject of the Public Procurement is the conclusion of a comprehensive contract, on the basis of which the selected supplier will be obliged to deliver a complete set of vehicles of the type EMU and BEMU intended for the regional passenger rail transport segment. The Contracting Authority, in view of the current conditions of the Tender Procedure, currently anticipates the delivery of a total of • 7 battery electric units (BEMU 145) and • 7 electric units (EMU 145) intended to fulfil public service obligations in accordance with the conditions of the Tender Procedure. More precise and/or further requirements for the vehicles, including the specification of the final and binding number of vehicles, may be specified during the negotiation phase of the Tender Procedure.
