1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority for the maintenance, servicing and repair of Lifts in NBP facilities, referred to as Maintenance Services. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract, as well as the requirements and rules for the execution of the contract, are specified in the Draft Contract Terms, which are Annex 7 to the Swz.
