This contract concerns the supply of passive neutral point compensators for installation on 3N400V three-phase public low-voltage networks. These devices function to limit the displacement of the neutral point resulting from load or production imbalances between phases. They contribute to improving the phase-neutral voltage balance, reducing voltage differences between users connected to different phases, and maintaining the quality of the network supply. The compensators will be connected in parallel to the existing network and must operate entirely passively, continuously, and autonomously, without power electronics, without a control system, and without auxiliary power. The proposed solutions may be based on a zigzag magnetic coupling or on any equivalent passive technology that achieves identical performance in terms of neutral point stabilization and voltage balance improvement. The equipment must be suitable for permanent operation on public low-voltage networks, have a robust design compatible with outdoor installation, and meet the reliability, safety, dielectric withstand, and environmental stress resistance requirements applicable to electrical distribution equipment. The expected performance includes the limitation of neutral point displacement, improvement of network voltage balance, reduction of voltage imbalances, and maintenance of supply quality under normal operating conditions.
