The car parking area on the site of the Delmetal-Kaserne is to be newly constructed. The plot of land designated for the construction project is located in the south-eastern part of the Delmetal-Kaserne in 27755 Delmenhorst (Lower Saxony). The new construction measure includes the planning and erection of car parking areas consisting of three car halls (total area approx. 3,645m2), a sanitary building (approx. 37m2), a transformer building, a two-bay canopy (approx. 2,280m2), a single-bay canopy (approx. 3,340m²), various technical areas (approx. 195m2), car parking areas (approx. 1,390m²), roads, as well as the corresponding technical supply and disposal systems and lines. Performance phases 1-3 have already been completed. The subject of this tender are planning services for performance phases 5-8 of the named performance images. The construction costs (cost group 200-500) amount to 22,875,658.87 Euro gross according to the cost estimate.
