Slovenia – Refuse collection services – Ravnanje z odpadki, ki zajema zbiranje določenih vrst komunalnih odpadkov

The subject of the public contract is the provision of services for the collection of certain types of municipal waste in the area of the Municipality of Gornja Radgona as mandatory municipal economic public services under point 3 of the first paragraph of Article 233 of the Environmental Protection Act (ZVO-2), namely the collection of:

- separate fractions of certain municipal waste and bulky waste, except separately collected packaging waste, biodegradable kitchen waste and green garden waste,

- separately collected packaging waste,

- biodegradable kitchen waste and green garden waste, and

- mixed municipal waste.

The subject also includes all accompanying services, equipment and obligations specified in the documentation related to the public procurement tender, the Decision on the collection of municipal waste in the area of the Municipality of Gornja Radgona (Local Gazette Prepih, No. 94/2015, and Official Gazette of Slovenian Municipalities, No. 8/2025), ZVO-2, waste regulations, methodology for the design of prices for services of mandatory municipal economic public services for environmental protection, and other applicable regulations. The public contract is tendered for a period of 48 months from the date of commencement of service provision under the contract.
