France – Archaeological services – Sécurisation, renforcement des digues et revitalisation du Rhôny à Vergèze et Codognan (Action 7.5 du Papi 3 Vistre) - Fouilles archéologiques préalable aux travaux

The contract includes optional lots as defined in the technical specifications. The services are paid for by lump sums. The subject of the contract is the execution of preventive archaeological excavation prescribed by the Regional Prefect by decree no. 76-2025-1010 of 12/11/2025, prior to the execution of the works. The excavation prescribed by this decree must be entrusted to an operator holding the authorization or accreditation provided for in Articles R.522-14 and R.552-8 of the Heritage Code. This authorization or accreditation must cover the following periods: Metal Ages and Antiquity. The area subject to excavation represents an area of 12 480 m². This operation is carried out under the supervision of the Vistre Vistrenque Basin Public Establishment and is funded as part of PAPI 3 Vistre action 7.5.
