Netherlands – Liability insurance services – Gemeente Sittard- Geleen

The objective of the Procurement Procedure is to conclude the Agreement with one Contractor for a liability insurance for municipalities. The Agreement has a duration of 3 years with a mutual optional extension of seven times twelve months and is expected to commence on 1 January 2027. Any extension will occur under unchanged conditions and terms; after the expiry of the first insurance year, indexing in accordance with the applicable CPI (Consumer Price Index) is permitted.
