Maintenance and Works Contract for the closure systems and automatic doors of La Poste's property portfolio. This contract consists of: (1) for maintenance: carrying out maintenance services for closure systems and automatic doors, including preventive maintenance, corrective interventions, emergency interventions and the supply of consumables and associated spare parts, (2) and for works: essentially the so-called modernisation and like-for-like replacement interventions (without structural works). These works will include all the works, the supply of all materials and equipment necessary for their implementation as well as all transports and various handling. The entire La Poste property portfolio is concerned, in metropolitan France (including Corsica). The contract is divided into 8 lots: -lot no. 1: geographical area of the OUEST Regional Directorate of Poste Immo -lot no. 2: geographical area of the NORD OUEST Regional Directorate of Poste Immo -lot no. 3: geographical area of the EST Regional Directorate of Poste Immo -lot no. 4: geographical area of the IDF - CVDL Regional Directorate of Poste Immo -lot no. 5: geographical area of the SUD OUEST ATLANTIQUE Regional Directorate of Poste Immo -lot no. 6: geographical area of the CENTRE EST Regional Directorate of Poste Immo -lot no. 7: geographical area of the OCCITANIE Regional Directorate of Poste Immo -lot no. 8: geographical area of the SUD EST Regional Directorate of Poste Immo POSTE IMMO acts as the coordinator of the purchasing group.
