Croatia – Engineering design services – Izrada projektno-tehničke dokumentacije za izgradnju nove zgrade zdravstvene namjene u sklopu Županijske bolnice Čakovec

The subject of this public procurement procedure is: The preparation of project documentation for the construction of a new healthcare building within the Čakovec County Hospital. The service includes the preparation of the Main Design and the Working Design with all necessary project maps, elaborates, studies, analyses, estimates, cost estimates and other project documentation required to obtain a building permit and provide expert support during the implementation of the public works procurement procedure. The subject of the procurement is carried out in two phases: Phase I – Preparation of the Main Design Phase I includes the preparation of the Main Design with all accompanying project maps, elaborates, studies, analyses, estimates, cost estimates, technical descriptions, drawings, tables, specifications and other project documentation required to obtain a building permit and implement the public works procurement procedure, in the scope, content and manner prescribed by the Technical Specifications which are an integral part of the Procurement Documentation. Phase II – Preparation of the Working Design Phase II includes the preparation of the Working Design, which elaborates the design solutions from the Main Design, including working drawings, details, diagrams, workshop drawings, estimates, tables, specifications and other documentation required for the execution of works, in the scope, content and manner prescribed by the Technical Specifications which are an integral part of the Procurement Documentation. The selected tenderer is obliged to perform all the services that are the subject of this procurement in full, professionally, conscientiously and timely, in accordance with the Procurement Documentation and all its attachments, Technical Specifications, Guidelines for the preparation of cost estimates, valid laws and subordinate regulations of the Republic of Croatia, technical regulations, Croatian or equivalent standards, professional rules, special conditions of public law bodies and all other regulations governing the design, construction and operation of healthcare buildings. The project documentation must be prepared to a quality and level of detail that enables the immediate obtaining of a building permit, the implementation of the public works procurement procedure and the execution of works, without the need for subsequent changes or additions arising from professional shortcomings or incompleteness of the project documentation.
