Germany – Construction structures and materials; auxiliary products to construction (except electric apparatus) – Lieferung, Errichtung und Inbetriebnahme des Rheinwassersystems (Los RLS)

The subject of the tender is the planning, delivery, erection and commissioning of the Rhine water system (Lot RLS) as the central water-technical infrastructure for the river water heat pump plant WPA2 on the site of the Großkraftwerk Mannheim (GKM). Lot RLS includes, in particular, the installation of two new Rhine water pumps in the existing pump house of Block 7, the installation of a new screening belt machine, the erection of the necessary steel pipelines in the interior, the connection to the GFK pipelines laid by another lot in the exterior, as well as the integration of all main and secondary components into the existing building and plant technology of GKM AG. The scope of services includes all planning work, pipeline and steel construction assemblies, manufacture and delivery of the components, acceptance tests, inspections, commissioning support, as well as the dismantling of the existing pumps and pipelines. Lot RLS also includes the installation of impact and submergence walls in the pump chamber and the complete documentation.
