The subject of the public procurement is “Measures for information and publicity, included in the list under Article 12, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act” under the procedure for granting free financial assistance BG16FFPR003-4.001 “Support for sustainable energy renovation of multi-family residential buildings, including tackling energy poverty” under the Programme “Regional Development” (PRR) 2021-2027 in 2 /two/ separate lots: Lot 1: “Measures for information and publicity, included in the list under Article 12, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act” under project №: BG16FFPR003-4.001-0228-C01 “Energy efficiency of a multi-family residential building with address: '' City of Pernik, ul. Naycho Tsanov bl.17“ Lot 2: Measures for information and publicity, included in the list under Article 12, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act” under project № BG16FFPR003-4.001-0327-C01 “Energy efficiency of a multi-family residential building with address City of Pernik, pl. Krakra Pernishki, bl. 14, entrances A, B, C, D and E” The main objective of the current public procurement is to ensure the performance of all mandatory activities related to information, communication and publicity in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) No 1060/2021 and the guidelines of the Beneficiary's Single Handbook for the application of the rules of visibility, transparency and communication for the programming period 2021–2027. The execution of the procurement guarantees transparency and public awareness regarding the contribution of the European Union and the use of funds from the European funds. A detailed description of all the envisaged activities is contained in the technical specification attached to the documentation.
