Framework agreement for the public procurement of services for the provision of « Laboratory medical analyses » services for 4 years (48 months), in accordance with the terms of reference and annex to the terms of reference. Note: In accordance with the provisions of O.U.G. 107/2017, the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/ additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 18 days.
