Poland – Road transport services – Dowóz uczniów niepełnosprawnych do szkół i placówek oświatowych wraz z zapewnieniem opieki podczas przejazdu w okresie od 01.09.2026 r. do 31.08.2027 r.

The subject of the contract is the transport of disabled students to schools and educational facilities, along with providing care during the journey, from the conclusion of the contract until 31.08.2027. Scope of the contract: The task includes: Route A: Transport (to and from) with care during the journey for disabled students (one of the students uses a wheelchair) to PZN Centrum Edukacyjno-Leczniczo-Rehabilitacyjnego dla Dzieci i Młodzieży in Rudołtowice, ul. Zawadzkiego 128 and disabled students of Przedszkole Niepubliczne „Przygoda” with special units in Goczałkowice-Zdrój, ul. Szkolna 82h. Transport will take place on school days in accordance with the organisation of the 2026/2027 school year and the kindergarten's work. Route B: Transport (to and from) with care during the journey for a disabled student in a wheelchair to Ośrodka Rehabilitacyjno-Edukacyjno-Wychowawczego in Kozach, ul. Nadbrzeżna 105. Transport will take place on school days in accordance with the organisation of the 2026/2027 school year. Route C: Transport (to and from) with care to Niepubliczna Szkoła Podstawowa JONATAN in Bielsko-Biała, ul. Błękitna 14 and Szkoła Podstawowa Nr 39 dla Dzieci Słabosłyszących, Niesłyszących i z Afazją im. Marii Góralówny in Bielsko-Biała, ul. Kamienicka 11a and Szkoła Podstawowa nr 35 in Specjalnym Ośrodku Szkolno-Wychowawczym nr 2 in Bielsko-Biała, ul. Filarowa 52. Transport will take place on school days in accordance with the organisation of the 2026/2027 school year. Route D: Transport (to and from) with care during the journey for a disabled student to Szkoła Podstawowa nr 12 im. Anny Dymnej in Zespół Szkół Specjalnych Nr 8 in Tychy, ul. Edukacji 21. Transport will take place on school days in accordance with the organisation of the 2026/2027 school year. Route E: Transport (to and from) with care during the journey for a disabled student to Szkoła Podstawowa im. K. I. Gałczyńskiego in Zespół Szkolno-Przedszkolny nr 6 in Jawiszowice, ul. Kusocińskiego 1. Transport will take place on school days in accordance with the organisation of the 2026/2027 school year. Route F: Transport (to and from) with care during the journey for disabled students (one of the students uses a wheelchair) to Zespół Szkół Specjalnych Nr 4 in Czechowice-Dziedzice, ul. Nad Białką 1e and Przedszkole Terapeutyczne „Słoneczna Kraina” in Czechowice-Dziedzice, ul. Jana Kasprowicza 52. Transport will take place on school days in accordance with the organisation of the 2026/2027 school year and the kindergarten's work. Route G: Transport with the provision of two carers during the journey for 25 students to Specjalny Ośrodek Szkolno-Wychowawczy im. Zofii Posmysz in Oświęcim, ul. Obozowa 31. The route to the drop-off includes the next stops, and then the students are picked up after school activities or extracurricular activities in the reverse order, according to the school activity schedule (additional activities and educational activities). Transport will take place on school days in accordance with the organisation of the 2026/2027 school year.
