The present consultation aims to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) in order to react quickly and conclude specific contracts for the long-term rental of new vehicles (two categories are concerned: service vehicles and company cars) with, optionally, a possible purchase option depending on MELDOMYS's needs. Each specific contract can be awarded to the bidder who submitted the most economically advantageous tender based on the award criteria indicated by the buyer during each consultation. The criteria will be specified and weighted (total of 100 points) for each of the specific contracts during the consultation. The award criteria will be specified for each of the specific contracts in the invitation to tender.
