Belgium – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – ENTRETIEN DES ESPACES VERTS 2027-2030

The public housing company Hesbaye Habitat (HSH) manages an estate spread across several municipalities in its area of activity. As part of its public-interest missions and to ensure the quality of its tenants' living environment, HSH ensures the upkeep of the outdoor spaces and the surroundings of its buildings. The present contract concerns the execution of maintenance services for the green spaces and the surroundings of the buildings managed by HSH. These services include, in particular, mowing lawns, maintaining flower beds and plantings, weed control, pruning hedges and shrubs, collecting green waste and any intervention necessary to maintain the cleanliness, safety and landscaping quality of the sites in question. The services must be carried out regularly, professionally and in accordance with the specifications of the present special technical specifications, in compliance with safety, environmental protection and applicable social regulations.
