France – Advertising campaign services – Conception, réalisation et déclinaison de campagnes et supports de communication

Communication contract for the design, implementation and adaptation of communication campaigns and materials for Eau de Paris. The expected services will cover: - Strategic advice, - The design of 360° campaigns, - The production of print, web and social media materials. The chosen form for the execution of the contract is a single-supplier framework agreement with minimum and maximum spending limits - minimum amount 50 000,00 euros (excl. VAT) - maximum amount 420 000,00 euros (excl. VAT) in accordance with articles R2162-2, R2162-4 1° and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
