France – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Maîtrise d'oeuvre pour le projet de réhabilitation du groupe scolaire Chénier Rouget à Neuilly-sur-Marne

The City of Neuilly-sur-Marne wishes to entrust a mission of design and supervision for the rehabilitation, extension and securing of the Chénier–Rouget school group, located at 1 rue de Tourville in Neuilly-sur-Marne. The operation includes the energy and functional renovation of the refectory building of the elementary schools, the rehabilitation of the building of the nursery school, the construction of an extension intended to meet the evolving needs of the latter, located on the footprint of the current caretaker's house, the demolition of which will be carried out previously by the design and supervision in the context of a separate operation, as well as the requalification of the outdoor spaces and security devices on the scale of the entire school group. The present contract includes 2 optional sections: - Optional section 1: Ordering, steering and coordination mission (OPC) - Optional section 2: Design of signage mission The design and supervision of this operation is the municipality of Neuilly-sur-Marne. After a first phase of preselection of 3 to 5 candidates admitted to submit an offer, the consultation will give rise to a second phase with submission of technical and financial offer at the end of which the successful tenderer will be designated. The estimated cost of the works planned by the design and supervision is 4,600,000 euros excl. VAT (March 2026 value). The overall estimated duration of the present mission is 12 months and 1 week of studies (including application for building permit), 21 months of works (including 1 month dedicated to the lifting of any reserves after completion) and 1 year of perfect completion guarantee (GPA). The design and supervision aims to put the project into service by 03/09/2029.
