The subject of the contract is the supply, in the form of operational leasing, of a brand-new, dual-purpose heavy-duty vehicle of the WUKO type (special vehicle for cleaning sewers) with the supply of a brand-new, asenizacyjna body, as well as a non-integrated, portable smoke generator (smoke machine) with a set of accessories. 2. The subject of the contract must be brand-new, free from physical and legal defects. Minimum year of manufacture of the chassis and body: 2026. a. The vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations and be approved for use in accordance with the Road Traffic Act. b. The vehicle must meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on the requirements for asenizacyjne vehicles. c. The body and equipment must have the CE marking and declarations of conformity with the applicable standards. d. All documents (operating instructions, warranty and service books, on-board computers) must be supplied in Polish. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex No. 1 entitled „Annex No. 1 – detailed description of the subject of the contract”.
