The procedure was originally tendered with two lots (Lot 1 - Munich and Lot 2 - Jena). The procedure for Lot 2 is hereby reverted to the tender phase: The procedure concerns only the procurement of production printing systems for the location Jena and includes the sale and delivery of one black-and-white production printing system and one colour production printing system including maintenance services for 48 months. The equipment must be operational on-site in the contracting authority's building in Jena by 1 December 2026. Furthermore, the contracting authority is to be instructed in the operation of the equipment and the old equipment is to be disposed of. The changes in the contractual documents compared to the first procedure are highlighted in yellow.
