The Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County (hereinafter also referred to as the "purchaser" or "procuring entity") invites candidates to submit an application to participate in the negotiated procedure for the procurement of rental accommodation for the elderly in Kirkkonummi, procurement 1520/2026, in accordance with this invitation to participate and its annexes. The subject of the procurement is the elderly housing unit in Kirkkonummi, which includes both communal housing and 24-hour care housing. The target is designed and implemented so that all apartments and premises enable the use of both housing types. The target is designed for the elderly, a significant portion of whom have dementia. The spatial solutions must support safe movement, orientation, and communal daily life. The design must pay particular attention to clarity, homeliness, and good controllability.
