Eesti Energia AS establishes a dynamic procurement system for the purchase of medium voltage cables and covered wires, with a validity period of 36 months, during which qualified suppliers can join at any time. The dynamic procurement system will be used to purchase medium-voltage cables and covered wires centrally, both for the companies belonging to the group and for buyers through voluntary central procurement. / Exclusion and qualification criteria: see tender documents.
