The subject of the order is the organisation and implementation by the Contractor of stationary and remote training for a maximum of 833 employees of blood donation and blood treatment centres (273 persons within 13 stationary trainings and 560 persons within 27 remote trainings). In total, a cycle of 40 two-day trainings is planned. The stationary and remote trainings will be carried out in accordance with the target groups, topics and number of participants specified in the OPZ and the Recruitment Regulations. The scope of the service includes, in particular: recruitment of participants in accordance with the Regulations, preparation of schedules and programmes, provision of trainers, implementation of trainings, training materials, organisational and technical support, and for stationary trainings also the required hotel and catering services, as well as documentation, evaluation and reporting – in the scope specified in the OPZ, which is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the contract template (PPU). The order is implemented as part of the "Training of the staff of blood donation and blood treatment centres" Project, co-financed from the European Social Fund under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 – grant agreement no. FERS.01.13-IP.07-0024/25-00, hereinafter referred to as the "Project". Each Contractor may submit only 1 (one) offer, and the Purchaser will select the most advantageous offers based on the application of the criteria and the manner of their evaluation described in this SWZ. Submission of more than one offer will result in their rejection.
