Services for opening and closing the facilities of the Clean Point in Palma del Río (Córdoba), advising users of the same and managing the waste deposited in such facilities to the different authorised centres and treatment. Likewise, the contractual object includes citizen service, maintenance, cleaning and conservation of the facilities, the management of the documentation associated with the waste and any actions necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the service. Operations: 1. Opening, closing and operational control of the facilities during the established schedule. 2. Attention, information and advice to users, including access and admission control, as well as guidance on the correct separation and deposit of waste. 3. Reception, supervision, classification, conditioning and temporary storage of the waste deposited at the Clean Point, ensuring order, cleanliness and correct separation by fractions. 4. Auxiliary operations necessary for their correct management, including the baling of cardboard, the specific conditioning and storage of WEEE, differentiated management and secure storage of domestic hazardous waste (HHR), and small domestic appliances (WEEE), in accordance with the established admission conditions. 5. Loading, removal, transport and delivery of waste to the authorised centres for recycling, valorisation, treatment or disposal that correspond, guaranteeing its correct management in accordance with the current legislation. 6. Guarantee of traceability of the removed waste, by providing the documentary evidence of the transfers and of the delivery to authorised facilities.
