The procurement covers the functions and structures required for civil servants in the electricity supply to be received, linked to relevant activities within the electricity supply and maintain their capacity over time. The application requires that the Supplier operates electricity network activities with support from its own network concession issued by the Swedish Energy Markets Inspectorate within the geographical area to which the procurement relates.
