The contract contains a total of 32 distinct lots, according to the Technical Specification, an integral part of the documentation. Participants may submit offers for one, several, or all distinct lots. Some of the distinct lots include nomenclatural units. For the distinct lots that include nomenclatural units, participants must submit an offer for the entire distinct lot (for each of the nomenclatures it includes). For distinct lots including nomenclatures, offers for part of the lot, i.e., for an individual nomenclature, are not allowed. The evaluation is carried out per distinct lot by the indicated total value of the lot, but participants must indicate a price proposal for each of the items (nomenclatures) included in the lot. The distinct lots with nomenclatures are Nos. 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 and 32.
