Netherlands – Office supplies – Kantoorartikelen en facilitaire producten

A number of collaborating organisations in Limburg are jointly procuring office supplies and facility products. This procurement concerns the following contracting entities: Municipalities: Bergen, Brunssum, Echt-Susteren, Gennep, Leudal, Roerdalen, Roermond and Weert and the organisations BSGW and Waterleiding Maatschappij Limburg. The procurement will be conducted through an European open procedure. The procurement is intended for all potential interested service providers for the framework agreement for office supplies and facility products. The estimated volume of the contract is, among other things, based on historical expenditure. Since the Agreement to be concluded must be qualified as a framework agreement within the meaning of the Public Procurement Act 2012, the maximum turnover during the entire (maximum) term of four years is estimated at € 275,000,-, excluding VAT. The amounts mentioned are exclusive of the purchase of vending machines, related accessories and toilet group products; these product groups are part of the new agreement to be concluded, but were not, or only to a limited extent, included in the historical expenditure on which this estimate is based.
