The construction project of the municipality of Aschheim includes the new construction of a town hall on the properties at Ismaninger Straße 6 and 8 in Aschheim. The building serves as a central administrative building with public and internal uses, including citizen service, council chamber, registry office with wedding hall, as well as office and administrative areas. It is partially publicly accessible and designed for a corresponding visitor frequency.

The building consists of two wings with a connecting central zone as a central foyer. It includes a basement with a car park, accessible via a ramp in the northern property area, and technical areas, a ground floor with public-intensive uses, and two upper floors for administration and council. Access is via a central entrance area, supplemented by staircases, a prominent staircase in the foyer, and elevators. The roof structure of the two wings is designed as a gable roof in timber construction. In the second upper floor, the roof is relieved of the raw structure by timber supports.

The roof structure in the area of the central zone (still referred to as a glass joint) is designed as a gable roof in steel construction. In the area of the mayor's office in the north building and in the area of the council chamber in the south building, the timber construction is designed as a three-hinged frame. The rest of the roof is supported by rafters. All other components such as ceilings, walls, columns and beams will be constructed in reinforced concrete.

The subject of this performance description are all works for the erection of the timber roof structure and the timber walls (both in the facade plane and internally).
