On the Morningstelle 36, 72076 Tübingen, Tübingen, University, NWI, Replacement New Building Bio, Architectural Services according to Section 3, Part 1 HOAI, the intention is to commission building design services according to Section 3, Part 1 of the HOAI, with a focus on performance phases 5 to 9 and, in parts, phase 3, mostly optional. The building complex consists of two components. Component 1, with a length and width of 55 m by 55 m, provides for a 7-storey building structure inserted into the slope. This essentially contains office and laboratory areas. Special uses (mainly animal research and their test areas) associated with the large new biology institute building are designed as Component 2, downhill, east of the new delivery road and connected via a tunnel, as a 3-storey building.
