The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ. The subject of the contract are services in the field of forestry in accordance with the definition in art. 6 para. 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2026 item 663 – "Act on Forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and logging, as well as forest management in the nursery, maintenance of roads and drainage facilities, maintenance of recreational and educational facilities to be carried out in the Kalisz Forest District in 2027. The material scope of the subject of the contract covers the summary quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and logging, as well as agricultural management, forest management in the nursery, maintenance of roads and drainage facilities, maintenance of recreational and educational facilities resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. – planned size of works; Annex No. 2.2.1. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and location; Annex No. 2.2.2. - valuation of the contract value for individual works; Annex No. 2.3.1. – forestry characteristics in the field of timber harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.2. – assortment structure of timber harvesting in the forestry; Annex No. 2.3.3. – compilation of distances and conditions of timber logging; Annex No. 2.3.4. – compilation of positions with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and logging; Annex No. 2.3.5. – compilation of positions not available for mechanical harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology for timber harvesting (potential); Annex No. 2.3.7. - information on the optimal variant of timber harvesting Annex No. 2.4.1. - potential locations for the care of forest crops; Annex No. 2.4.2. - compilation of positions not available for renewals carried out using a planter; Annex No. 2.4.3. - number of hours. The material scopes listed in the annexes forming part of Annex No. 2 are of an estimated nature. The quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) in Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and the detailed description of the standard of technology for performing works in the field of nursery management (activities) in Annex No. 3.3. to the SWZ and the detailed description of the standard of technology for performing fire protection works (activities) in Annex No. 3.5. to the SWZ form the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements making up the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above annexes has not been provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ or Annex No. 3.3. to the SWZ or Annex No. 3.5. to the SWZ do not apply. The Parameter Tables contain (separately for each Package) detailed information on the manner of implementing some of the activities described in Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for performing forest works or in Annex No. 3.3. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for performing works in the field of nursery management, or in Annex No. 3.5. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for performing fire protection works, under the special conditions relating to a given Package forming part of the subject of the contract. The descriptions of the activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) forming part of the subject of the contract have been described in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The description of the rules of the procedure for accepting forest works has been included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
