Spain – Exterior lights – Contrato de suministro en régimen de arrendamiento de alumbrado festivo 2026-2027

The subject of the contract is to carry out the procurement of the “SUPPLY UNDER A LEASING AGREEMENT FOR FESTIVE LIGHTING 2026-2027”, which must be provided in strict compliance with the conditions and requirements expressed in this Tender Document and, in accordance with the particular technical specifications contained in the PPT. The leasing of ornamental elements is chosen instead of their acquisition in ownership, since these elements change according to new designs or new technologies in lighting systems that may appear on the market. It should be noted that Endesa Ingeniería S.L., the company in charge of managing the municipal public lighting service, has a contract with this Town Council that includes special lighting for the Christmas holidays. However, this does not cover all the lighting that would need to be installed throughout the municipality, so it is necessary to procure this material. There is no duplication in terms of the contractual object. The installation and subsequent dismantling of the lighting elements to be supplied are excluded from this procurement, which will be carried out by the municipal public company REALSERV, as a means of the Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Los Realejos.
