The objective of the tender is the introduction of a SaaS-based e-procurement system for the digital support, standardisation and optimisation of procurement processes in the Source-to-Pay (S2P) environment. The solution should efficiently, transparently and auditably support all relevant procurement phases and contribute to the digitalisation and reduction of processing times. In addition to operational processes, the scope of services includes strategic and overarching functions, particularly supplier management, reporting and evaluations. The system should simplify workflows, improve collaboration with suppliers and create sustainable added value for the contracting authority. The solution must meet legal and technical requirements and ensure the conduct of economical, procurement law compliant and audit-proof procurement processes.
