The contract concerns a Framework Agreement with one Supplier. The subject of the contract is the execution of corrective maintenance on the real estate of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authorities are the Municipalities of Dordrecht, Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht, Papendrecht and Zwijndrecht (hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority(ies)). Bedrijfsbureau Drechtsteden acts as lead partner on behalf of the Contracting Authorities. All contacts are made via Bedrijfsbureau Drechtsteden regarding this Framework Agreement Building Maintenance. The total estimated contract value over four (4) years (this concerns the total contract value of all participating municipalities together, including 2 optional years) of the Framework Agreement amounts to approximately 5,000,000,- euro ex VAT.
