The purpose of the coaching is to use external expertise to support employees in their professional roles with knowledge and stimulation for solutions. The support should strengthen the employee and contribute to the development of workgroups in methods and attitudes in the continuous work with various user groups. The support should also provide an opportunity for reflection and understanding of oneself and others. Employees should, among other things, be supported in handling difficult situations at work and reflect on their work, themselves, and their professional role in a safe forum where everyone is given space. The coaching should contribute to employees getting mental relief and new energy and thus counteract emotional exhaustion.

The procurement involves coaching within the following tender areas:

Tender Area 1: Social Services Investigation Institution, Case Management, assignment-based parental investigations. The coaching should primarily take place on-site.

Tender Area 2: Social Services Coaching within individual and family care.

Tender Area 3: Social Services Coaching for budget and debt advisors.

Tender Area 4: Social Services Coaching for social secretaries for economic assistance.

Tender Area 5: Social Services Coaching within LSS and social psychiatry Case management based on the needs of employees who work closely with users.

Tender Area 6: Education Operations Professional coaching for school counselors in student health directed towards compulsory school and upper secondary school.

Tender Area 7: Education Operations Professional coaching for school nurses, school doctors, and speech therapists in student health directed towards compulsory school and upper secondary school.

Tender Area 8: Education Operations Professional coaching for psychologists in student health directed towards compulsory school and upper secondary school.

Tender Area 9: Vocational Rehabilitation Process coaching in combination with consultation and teaching about various psychological, social, cognitive, and language impairments. The staff should be educated and coached in professional psychological coaching.
