The subject of the procurement is: The provision of card payment acceptance services through POS equipment, installed at a maximum of 840 lottery product sales points, for a period of 24 months. The contracting authority will respond to clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders: Number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders – 18 days. The contracting authority will respond ONLY to clarification requests submitted by economic operators by the set deadline. - The minimum and maximum quantities of card payment acceptance services through POS equipment installed at a maximum of 840 lottery product sales points, which may be requested throughout the entire framework agreement for a period of 24 months on the basis of subsequent contracts, are: The estimated minimum quantity of services for 24 months (framework agreement) = the estimated minimum quantity of transactions for 24 months (framework agreement): 204,045,767.00 lei, without VAT; The estimated maximum quantity of services for 24 months (framework agreement) = the estimated maximum quantity of transactions for 24 months (framework agreement): 229,007,595.00 lei, without VAT. - The minimum and maximum quantities of card payment acceptance services through POS equipment, of the largest subsequent contract, are: The estimated minimum quantity of services for the largest subsequent contract for a period of 12 months = the estimated minimum quantity of transactions for the largest subsequent contract for a period of 12 months: 102,022,883.35 lei, without VAT; The estimated maximum quantity of services for the largest subsequent contract for a period of 12 months = the estimated maximum quantity of transactions for the largest subsequent contract for a period of 12 months: 114,503,797.50 lei, without VAT;
