Poland – Credit granting services – Udzielenie i obsługa kredytu długoterminowego do łącznej wysokości 8 mln zł.

1. Granting and servicing a long-term loan up to a total of 8 000 000 zł (in words: Eight million zlotys) for the purpose of financing the deficit and repaying previously incurred budgetary obligations of the Tarnowski County. 2. Deadline for making funds available: within two business days from the date of signing the contract 3. The loan funds will be disbursed in a single instalment. 4. Capital repayment periods: instalments payable in quarterly periods, on the last business day of each quarter. 5. Grace period for capital instalment repayments: first instalment due on 31.03.2027, last instalment due on 31.12.2036. 6. The loan will be repaid in equal capital instalments in accordance with the cash flow table - annex no. 2 to SWZ. 7. Interest periods: 41 instalments payable in quarterly periods, on the last business day of each quarter, first instalment due 31.12.2026, last instalment due 31.12.2036. 8. The loan amount will be interest-bearing at an annual rate according to a variable interest rate. The interest rate will be equal to the WIBOR rate for 3-month interbank deposits increased by the Contractor's margin.
