The play and event venue Kampnagel is to be modernised and expanded. Currently, there are already two building structures present, the halls have up to 2 upper floors with a gross floor area (BGF) of 15,673 m². The administrative building comprises 5 upper floors with a BGF of 3,573 m². One of the new buildings is planned as a residence building. This comprises artists' living units on 6 floors and has a BGF of 1,845 m². The K7 is planned as a new building above the halls with a BGF of 7,606 m². It comprises 2 upper floors with double room height and intermediate floors in some areas.
