France – Timber harvesting services – Entretien et exploitation du patrimoine arboré urbain et forestier d'Eau de Paris

The framework agreement, a mixed agreement with order forms (current needs) and subsequent contracts (other than current needs), concerns the Maintenance and operation of the urban and forestry tree heritage of Eau de Paris. It is of the multi-contractor type without re-competition for the order form part and with re-competition for the subsequent contract part. It is sized as indicated in the CCA-AC. Its duration is aligned with the investment forecast plan of Eau de Paris 2027-2032. The situation and the scope of the various services likely to be the responsibility of the contractors are indicated in the CCT-AC common to all the lots of the framework agreement and their associated Price Reference (RP-AC). Attention is drawn to the implementation of environmental elements in the contract execution conditions as well as a tender evaluation criterion allowing the assessment of the performance of the offers received in terms of environmental protection.
