The IKTMT department plans to replace an existing system with a technically and functionally modern integrated platform for IT, MT & OT service management. The new platform will continue to serve as the central hub for IKTMT services, customer services, and IKTMT-related continuity management. An integrated platform is required that increases operational efficiency and ensures a consistent, uniform data basis. Furthermore, it should contribute to improving service quality and reducing risks in the operational and service environment. As a lead product in the second stage, in accordance with § 106 BVergG 2026, the ServiceNow platform with the modules ITOM Visibility, CSM Professional, and BCM (Business Continuity Management) – or equivalent – will be used. The offered solution must map the full functional scope of these modules.
