The subject of the procurement is the professional maintenance, inspection, testing, repair, and fault rectification of door systems in a hospital. The aim is to ensure safe, fault-free, and legally compliant operation of all door systems, taking into account the special hygiene, availability, personal safety, and fire protection requirements of a hospital. The scope of services includes, in particular: - Carrying out regular maintenance and inspection in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, relevant legal regulations, and applicable technical standards. - Functional testing, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, and alignment of all relevant components. - Testing of safety and protective devices, including sensors, locks, closing sequence controllers, escape route functions, as well as emergency opening and unlocking devices. - Repair of damaged or worn components, including the supply and installation of suitable spare parts after prior consultation with the client. - Carrying out the legally required tests and documentation of all maintenance, testing, and repair measures. The services relate in particular to: - automatic sliding and revolving doors, - fire and smoke protection doors, - escape and rescue doors, - hold-open devices, - power-operated doors, - airlock and access systems, and - other door systems present in the building. The work is to be planned and carried out in such a way that disruptions to the ongoing hospital operations are kept to a minimum. Areas with patient care, intensive care, operating theatre operations, and other safety-relevant areas are to be handled with special consideration of the operational processes. Necessary work outside of regular operating hours is to be carried out after consultation with the client. The contractor ensures that only qualified personnel trained for the respective door systems are used. Installed spare parts must comply with the manufacturer's specifications or be technically equivalent and meet all safety-relevant requirements. After each maintenance and repair, a maintenance or inspection report with details of the work carried out, defects found, recommended measures, and any components replaced must be handed over. Any safety-relevant defects found must be reported to the client immediately. The services include all necessary ancillary services required for proper, operationally safe, and functional execution.
