France – Operation of water supplies – Concession sous la forme d'une Délégation de Service Public pour la production, l'exploitation, le traitement, la distribution et l'entretien du système d'alimentation en eau potable du Syndicat Intercommunal des Eaux du Acker

The subject of the contract is the service concession in the form of a public service delegation, for the production, operation, treatment, distribution and maintenance of the drinking water supply system on the Syndicat des Eaux du Acker, in accordance with Articles L.1411-1, R1411-1 and following of the General Code of Local Authorities and Articles L. 1121-1 and following of the Public Procurement Code. The delegatee must, at its own risk and peril, operate the public drinking water service (production, treatment, distribution...) and the technical operation of the works (maintenance...). The principles and essential missions imposed on tenderers are set out in the concession contract project.
