Romania – Computer equipment and supplies – Achiziție de infrastructură IT și echipamente multimedia specifice proiectului: „Centrul pentru cercetare – inovare în domeniul textilelor și al industriei modei - SMART-Tex-IS”

The subject matter of the public procurement contracts resulting from this procedure is the supply of IT infrastructure and multimedia equipment, along with the ancillary operations of delivery, installation, configuration, commissioning, testing and staff training, as well as the provision of technical warranty and related support services, for the equipment of the research infrastructure implemented through the project "Centrul pentru cercetare – inovare în domeniul textilelor și al industriei modei - SMART-Tex-IS", project code 334492, funded under the North-East Regional Programme 2021-2027, Priority PRNE_P1, call PR/NE/2024/P1/RSO1.1/1/2 — INFRASTRUCTURI CDI. Purpose of the procurement: equipping the Centre with motion capture and mixed reality systems, with workstations and peripherals necessary for processing the data generated by the project's analysis equipment, as well as with the multimedia equipment necessary for disseminating research results and conducting the Centre's conference and technology transfer activities. The subject matter of the contract is structured into 3 distinct lots, as follows:

Lot 1: Motion capture and mixed reality systems

Lot 2: IT systems (computers and peripherals)

Lot 3: Multimedia equipment, conferencing systems, video/audio display and recording

The supply of the products will be made at the premises of the "Gheorghe Asachi" Technical University of Iași, Iași County.

Note: *The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information 14 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, provided that the requests are submitted within the timeframe specified in section I.1. (20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders).
